Reception charged extra money and didn't even gave the bill. Bad experience. Should be delisted. I didn't even stay in the night. Just came to fresh up a bit in the morning

Ac was not working. Wash room outside of room. They didn't provide soap or towel. Attitude very rough. Bed sheet dirty. No pillow covers.

familyManager denied rooms at 9 pm, despite full payment in advance. Then we roam in 2 taxis for 2 hours to search hotels, found one for one night, then started a good hotel in morning again, 2000 used in taxis, 6000 excess paid to new hotels.
