I never seen such a bad hotel, no room service no complementary no hot water, no water no soap

Worst stay in my life. guys check property and survey about property properly before sending guests. You reference worst and poor management

This property is not for stay for family, embarassing situation, not for visit again.

this was my worst experience in life, hotel was in the isolated area the approaching road was terrible mud road full of path holes and water. when we reach hotel dirty reception with one person sitting without any facilities. in room bedsheets, towels are very dirty, no packaged water need to take drinking water from Tap. we have left the hotel immediately but not got any support from MMT interms to cancel the booking and return the money or arrange any alternative arrangements.

Terrible experience, located in farm fields unable to find , it's just a apartment with no proper maintenance. They provided nothing which were mentioned including waterbottle. worst experience

The location listed was *completely incorrect* . Upon arrival, I was redirected to a *different hotel* , without any prior notice or consent, to make matters worse. The new hotel demanded additional payment, which was not part of the original booking. The entire experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. The trip was ruined due to mismanagement and misleading information on your platform. I request you to immediately investigate and resolve this issue. I would appreciate a full refund and strict action to prevent similar incidents for other travelers. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Pathetic property in a very remote area , horrific road and secluded place , people are allowed to booze in open , the room is not cleaned , property staff are not even aware of booking , after 30 mins they say that there is uncleaned room with no lock to the door.

I have booked through online. we went there and checked the rooms, those rooms are too bad, not clean, boys are given keys but he is not shown the rooms as well

Its was a great experience living with this hotel, and the surrounding area also great, view is also good

It was worst experience of hotel, Room and bed and washrooms are not at all clean. And bed was brown color where actually it is white one,so you can understand. More over normal it charge directly booking and No breakfast arranged. No dental kit provided.

There is no room service, water bottle not provided, there in no towels provided, bed sheets and pillows is in very bad conditions, this was a worst hotel i booked in my journey and had bad experienced

The location of the hotel looks dangerous. Hard to reach the hotel.

Horrible experience. Non existing location. We were travelling in the night and looking for a place to sleep. No one lifted call to guide to property. Watchman said no such accomodation available at provided address.
