Hotel O Oxy Heritage

Bathroom light not working and charging socket was damaged, windows glasses not close properly door luck was damaged and also smell come out not maintaining in clean

This was the worst experience i've ever had, bedsheet was not clear. Water dripping from thr ceiling. Didn't get any positive response from the staff as well.

I have book room in ox y heritage hotel ranchi by makemytrip. I have paid whole amount by card payment but when i visited in hotel they said no room is available and they shift me in other hotel which is very poor condition.

The rooms are full of cockroaches and termites that won’t let you even sit for a moment. Washroom basin leaks the water on the floor; the water you just throw from your mouth is in your feet next moment. No room service no landline to call; no one is to serve you water even. I had my nightmare of my life staying here, even if this is given on free i will be never staying here in my lifetime.

i book Oyo Heritage but when arrived, they said that we have no available any room. They are refer to another hotel. There is very poor service.

Room was not good open electric wires, fan not working drinking water not available

Pathetic hotel service. Hotel taken booking but no rooms. They shifted to another property around 1 km far from that. Poor service. Disheartened by property

The hotel denied check in if we don’t pay extra amount according to their own tariff rates. The hotel management completely denied to even give the bill for the extra amount they charged us. Rooms are okay, they have mouse problem, and water pressure in the tap is too low. But they completely denied check in and I had to pay extra to stay in the hotel, and they said we don’t know what OYO says, we have our own policy of charging extra.

Give hotel other place 1 km ahead

No ac, no breakfast, no water, mosquitos, dirty bathroom. J

Very sub ordinating and helpful

Rooms were not hygienic. Lights not working, tv not working power backup issue. Door lock was not there. Had to pay extra amount during check in. Rude staffs.

Food given in unhygienic way, in the room rat are playing, very risky to stay there, i never stay twice, i may stay at under tree will better.

Hotel is little bit inside from main road.

Hotelier persons as well management is very bad and harassing people

The worst hotel experience one can get. Unclean rooms, cockroach in the room, ac not functioning properly, lot of issues with the lift. Better stay at dharamshala then this hotel

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. First they did not provide room, said hotel is fully booked and asked me to shift to his another property which was horrible, small rooms no cleanliness. They they again shifted me to heritage but provided very small room and dirty. I had booked 3x room but they provided small said and said this is only available. Horrible experience, not recommend at all
