I checked in the hotel, when they showed me the room it was so bad not at all like the pictures. I had to checkout immediately without spending any time. And i did not get any refund. Terrible experience.

No one should stay in this Hotel, Hotel condition, staffs, everything is horrible. Staff charge money for room service and the owner support that.

Worst possible hotel ever

The worst hotel at highest cost possible. Rooms and washroom dirty and stinky. Too small room. Washroom too small and badly stinky. Commode space too small to seat. Room too noisy. Header and ac not working. Room phone not working. Switch board damaged. Windows not closing. Spend chilled night with open windows and dirty stinky ragged blanket. Staff not cooperative. The worst over all. Always looking for many different excuses instead of solving problems.

The room service was not good and the man for room service was even more disgusting. He doesn't have the manner to behave with guest.

Worst hotel.

Nobody came to clean the room in my 3 days stay. No towels change. The blanket was full dirty.

Hi Friends, Booked this hotel through MMT and paid required amount. Booking confirmation rec'd through SMS and whts Up. Shown to Reception and waited for 1.3 HRs for Check In in the night time 11.30 Pm to 1.00 am. Receptionist person was too rude, he was having booking details for me but not completed check-in process. Now come to Room : Room size is not up to the mark. Not cleaned, towel was wet even day was very warm in Patna, tray along with glasses was not cleaned. It was worst experience during this stay. I booked room through MMT app for Oyo Certified Room. Code was not there for 1 Hrs on my mobile and waited for 1.3 Hrs in the mid night at Hotel reception with lots of mosquitoes. Overall Hotel and it's receptionist is not good and doesn't know about the good behavior with Customers. Thanks, BK Chauhan
