The worst hotel, I have ever seen. - Unprofessional staff - Unhygienic room & washroom - No breakfast even after, it was included in room charges - Untidy bedsheet

Very very bad, while booking he will show a good room. During check in he will give a very congested room.

I booked a room for a week, but upon arrival from mysore, it's was unavailable a room. Unfortunately, no refund given. It's very bad

They weren't aware about booking. Not a cleaned bedsheet and pillow, provided only one blanket for two people. Finally didn't get any complimentary breakfast, i booked for two days but didn't get any complimentary.

I can’t forget this stay in my lifetime worst service worst hotel management. 1. They denied my booking first than after escalation they gave me room even after confirm booking. 2. They have water shortage and when my friend called to inform for emergency water they told wait for 10 minutes how can tell someone to wait who is in washroom and talinh shower. Though i managed with one water bottle whivh also my friend bring for tht emergency

rooms are very small. not clean. when booking we saw complementary breakfast, but while check-in they told no breakfast. and checkout time 11pm. but they given complementary till 2pm. thats great. happy 😊.

In make my trip it's showing ac room and free breakfast. But they didn't give ac room and breakfast

Worst , small ,dingy room , stinking , broken toilets Ac not working ,loose wires all around . I immediately checked out with out asking for any refund also

Very worst place i have ever seen. They build the building only in chart paper(box. We are able to hear all the voice on our next room very clearly. They told wifi is available, but once you paid after that only you know that the range is available only in the reception not in 1st or 2nd floor. I suggest to ignore this hotel and choose the correct one.

As per instruction of hotelier. Perfect arrangement by make my trip. Booking was confirmed before arrival.

Location is very good. Lot of restaurants near by. There is no complimentary breakfast available at the property. Guest please make a note of it.

The ceiling of the Hotel room was broken and water was leaking from the pipes above. Bedroom was good and bed was a double cot bed. For the rate it was not that good. Staff was co-operative, kind and helpful.

The Hotel, room, service, hot water and cold water for Bath, food service and staff all are friendly and are excellent. I enjoyed it.

Ac is not working and manager is not responding properly then car parking is not there

Check-in process took an hour. Reception staff wasn't co-operative.

Room is to small and food is not good
