Hotel O Executive Stays Yelahanka New Town

Location good. Ambience at entry nice. Reception staff & room boys are courteous. Rooms are spacious. Food to be. Outsourced. Cleanliness & housekeeping requires further improvement - like bed linen, wash room & bath towels are not very clean, exhaust fan not working, daily floor cleaning done only after request etc.

The hotel was superb, the food was delicious, the rooms were clean, and overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Everything about the room was stylish and advanced, but i had to mention how clean the bedsheets are.

During one of my business visits, i decided to stay at this hotel, and i was really pleased with the setup of the room.

In addition to the standard services, we also got a tea set with a kettle, a bathroom geyser, and plenty of plug sockets.

I am very much happy with my stay here as my room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Good time spent here.

I stayed there fir 3 nights. The stay was very good for the price. Location is near to good restaurents ( eg sri vishnu park) and reliance fresh store, reliance centro mall for other shopping needs

#202 had a faulty toilet faucet, and toilet covers that did not fully open or close. Suspect that hotel wants us to be unhygienic and distribute janitorial stink around. Rooms lack door key card. (sleepy, dirty boys act as managers, stand in proximity, sit beside you and exchange mobiles, thus transmitting a hygiene problem. The hotel manager demand rs500 for early check in that i was forced to pay. He did not issue a receipt for it.

The hotel's ambiance was lovely! a really great stay.

The rooms are well maintained and big enough. Bathrooms are clean and rooms are air conditioned. In bathroom geyser are available in working condition.

Location is good, but hotel is managed through robotics. Means, check in time can be delayed from 12 they wont bother. But checkout time of 11am they will call you 5 times from 9am. Again person will come to give you alarm saying checkout is at 11. Not even a single water bottle they will serve. No glass to drink water. Even you have to ask for each & everything basic from towels to soap etc.

Room was spacious and had all amenities. The property is very well maintained and cleaned.

We found the hotel staff's welcoming style to be very inviting and different, which we really loved. And we liked it!

From the room design to the corridor, everything was tastefully furnished. The room offered numerous facilities.

Rooms were spacious and clean but no toiletries were provided. It was only given upon request, the towels had holes.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay there, with excellent service, and i plan to return in the future.

They do not provide drinking water. There are no toilet kit, dental kit not even body wash or soaps. Very dirty towel and even dirtier room. Staffs are even worse. They don't respond when called. Felt like staying in a dirty cave.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Warm ambience and spotless rooms are highly recommended.
