Hotel O Elite Inn

They are charging extra while checking in.

I can’t imagine such a nasty hotel can ever exist. Damp wall, no power back up, bed filthy, forcefully charged extra Rs. 300 without any explanation. This time my experience is traumatic and we (me and my old mother) passed the night sleeplessly. I think, this one hotel is enough to malign all the glory earned so far. I am thinking never to recommend such services I experienced to all my relatives and friends and familiarity,

Dont book this hotel and dont use also make my trip bcz hotel charging extra amount 300 on cash hotel manger beheve is very bad and also mmt customer service. And. Mis be-heave to customer. Also hotel is very dirty

As the hotel is located in a building where a play school is present, which i don't think is suitable from a customers point of view. No food facility nor refreshments options, there were no tea pots, tables or chairs in the room, which i believe most essential things to be present in a room. Rest everything was good and a hygienic place to stay. I hope the management will look into it and take some necessary steps for the improvement. Thanks, rashmikant

Very bad behaviour. There has no humanity in the staffs of that hotel. They only know how to earn money at any cost without the facilities that deserves the people. In one room where was no a. C and the other room where the tv system may not work etc.

I booked an a room. When i arrived at hotel 3 hr prior to chekin time they asked for 200 extra for early check in but refused to give any bill. Then said we don't have any ac room available as they charge a room more than what showing in mmt. Also there was no tv un the room. No seating arrangement at receptionist. Rude staff.
