room is spacious as well as clean and beautiful.specially bathroom is too neat and clean and spacious,staff behaviour is aslo helpful and co-operative

Service is worst. They did not provide us with water for our stay of 2 days. Bathroom do not have any water running moreover charger us 500 rs more with what it was showing

they don't accept bookings and claim they are out of rooms when my party arrived. they told my party to cancel this nonrefundable room and go to their sister hotel owned by the same company and is only a few blocks away. at this point 2 other hotels have refused our booking. so my party was tied so we went there. we were forced to pay another Rs 1200 for a new room using G-pay. the only paperwork they would give was a hand written bill with their legal name "Reliable enterprise" and the cost of the room and the breakfast that was paid for during the initial booking. without a valid invoice oyo refuses to act. say we checked in without an issue. don't stay here.

Location is good. Food was bad and pricey considering in house staff prepares the food. Room was not clean and smelly. I was charged an extra at the time of check-in although I paid the whole amount through MMT. When inquired, I was told that it is showing on their site and I have to pay. I will not prefer a hotel. Service was not good.

Location is good and room service is also good.

Terrible experience. Whole night could not sleep for sound outside. The TV at reception was so loud that I could sleep. Everything was dirty in room. I request all not to choose this hotel.

Hotel is fantastic. Cleaning, staff, over all is deserve more than 5 stars but area js aproxx too far away from market .. And the cost of hotel Menu is high .. Any how I ordered swiggy .. But hotel and services deserve 10+ point .. Please visit and have fun

Room just ordinary, toiletries were not provided. Very difficult to locate. Its location itself is a great disadvantage. Breakfast horrible. Facilities below average. Not hygenic condition. Not stay worthy.

Fantastic excellent, location is superb and security is very good. Transit is to fully safe because one guard is on duty for hole day and night. Good stay..

The location is very convenient and connects public transport. Staff and housekeeping is very cooperative. I visited for puja purposes and they made my stay more memorable .. Would recommend this hotel to others.

The reception was clueless about everything. The bathroom tap had electric shock. There were cockroaches in the room. No towels or soap served unless asked, bathroom was not clean. They did not clean the bathroom even after asking. AC remote did not work. When asked for the water, they served it a really shabby bottle. The tube light in the room only worked during the day time. The lobby is always dark, lights are always switched off. Very disappointed with the overall service.

Yea. Good for family. If I happen to stay in Salt Lake, Kolkata then I shall again stay there. I recommend it as GOOD. The only and problem is that this guest house is far from the Centre of the city as such not quickly accessible to main markets of the city. Good Guest house.

Bathroom door was broken and unhygienic. WiFi was not working and signal was weak in room Only good thing was they provide you pick and drop facility to airport. Location of hotel is good but entrance to the hotel is too small to be located. Overall I would not recommend any couple to stay in this hotel.

The location of the hotel best for me. Facilities available in the room is average. The room is neat and clean. Also, the bed sheet and bathroom are in good conditions. The staff of hotel are untrained. Food is not good. The service quality is too poor as well as the behavior of staff is so bad.

Fecilities are not much ... Its an average .. Serviece is excellent room is average ... Situated it on an old building at jessore road ... They provided airport drop on 3:00 Hrs They provided breakfast on that time too

Though the entrance is little narrow but I overwhelmed by the service. Excellent service. They provide us early breakfast. Breakfast menu is normal. Obviously the pick up and drop facility to airport is excellent.

Hotel situated in noisy place. But good budget hotel. The airport pick or drop facility is also quite good. Hotel staff are very cooperative and helping in nature. Overall my experience was good and I would prefer to stay this hotel only.

Nice stay, food was also nice except breakfast omelette. Rooms are nice well decorated. Pick up and drop was excellent. Service is also nice. Staff is prompt in giving reply. Overall a nice transit hotel
