The hotel doesn't have any sign board or name plate in front of hotel. No one can find the location of the hotel. Regarding room, the television is out of order. Regarding room service, my parents have ordered tea-coffee in morning and evening but they are unable to provide. They have even not picked up our luggage during check in and check out. Best part of hotel is within 10 mins of check in, they have asked me to provide 5 star rating.

I have to pay extra charges for stay after I was already paid for that and they didn't give breakfast after I have booked breakfast also the rooms are not clean their phone is Dead so I can't call to reception and they also don't pick call on mobile to the services of hotel are terrible. I will give it negative 5 rating.

Worst experience

I would not suggest anybody to stay here. No maintenance, no management, they do not listen to the customers. Location is average. I reached there by 10 pm, the receptionist made me wait for one-hour and then they said that all the rooms are full they don't have any room left so contact your concerned site.

Worst hotel ever I stayed in Delhi

Not maintaining proper cleaning in bedding, towels. And room walls and toilet are very dirty and old. I took many pictures I want to share that pictures too.

Poor Stay

Recommendation from our side for the hotel 1. Staff is not well trained, very unprofessional and poor attitude towards things. Proper training is required, hire some professional staff. 2. Hotel is new but room and bathroom is not cleaned to the standards found few insects in washroom also. 3. Bed sheets and towels are of poor quality. 4. Glasses and plates offered by hotel are not thoroughly cleaned. 5. Reception is not always manned. 6. Bottle opener is not available in hotel. 7. Poor source of entertainment on TV old DTH system Good things about hotel 1. Parking Facility is very good. 2. Rooms are spacious and new. 3. AC cooling is great 4. Wardrobe very spacious, clean.

Food is not good and not upto the mark. I suggested order the food online that best option but the receptionist Anu she is very helping and understanding the problem and resolved the problem over all experience is good.
