They charge me extra 2000 for 2 rooms

After booking they say its not oyo hotel . and they don't give refund and charge for hotel high cost

I booked deluxe rooms but when i reached they asked me to pay 2000 cash for better rooms which are super deluxe as per them, somehow we managed for the night in morning there were no water so they said that we are under maintenance you should have checked this while booking. After calling mm t support and wasting 2 hours they gave us same rooms which they were offering last night for 2000 cash.

the stay was nce and the roof top restaurant is too good. decent stay and location is also too good peaceful place to stay 😜 I recommend it

It’s away from the main market but has a great view, cleanliness is an issue while booking free breakfast was mentioned but never got one, they don’t even provide you with drinking water, food at this place is below average, staff, manager and view are good which are only plus pts for otherwise oddly located place.

I have stayed for 2 days in Hotel Surbhi. Hotel was good, spacious room and the awesome view from the balcony. But I have found cobweb on the ceiling and at the door so need to improve in cleanliness. Restaurant service was not good, service was very slow and not up to the mark but hotel restaurant infrastructure was good.

Reception guy was very helpful. Very polite and very friendly. View from the room is breathtaking.

Mattress or bed sheets smelled bad, even after replacing them. Not a single TV channel for international tourists. It will be nice if you will open 1-2 out of the 1000 India channels. The guy at the reception wasn't helpful at all.

Food is good, staff delivering food was very good

Hotel Surabhi situated in a good location and his facilities are like food and room service was also good.

Room service and staff behavior was very bad, particularly manager was very rude and bit upset and he was providing better service to non make my trip booking
Customer support was very bad, above all behavior of manager was very poor. Please do not spoil image of make my trip
