Hotel O Apasara

Bad and late services, no breakfast provided as we already paid for it at the time of booking, no lock facility for room. Very little space in room but shown at the time of booking was wider

I'll start my feedback from the start, I booked this hotel for 8 people from my extended family for one night stay with breakfast. First of all, there were no listed correct contact number of this hotel on Google or not, from where I can contact them. I realized that I made a mistake. It was so disappointing, that it was not available on Google navigation from where I can see where exactly it is located. However, I contacted to get the Map location. Somehow I got it, when my guests reached there, it was so so shocking that the hotel staff categorically DENIED to PROVIDE BREAKFAST for next day. After contacting, I came to know that this hotel does NOT even have a KITCHEN. Yes, you read it correctly. This was literally not at all expected. And then, I thought atleast the pics of the rooms they shared are authentic. But no, I booked 4 rooms and all the 4 beds were broken. I'm attaching pics for the same. Please note-MMT provided me refund for the breakfast issue. So atleast m thankful to them. It was the first time that my experience was so so bad with this hotel. Please never book this hotel even if you're coming alone. This hotel is not worth at all. If you've reached here, thanks for reading the full review.
