Hotel Mukesh Residency (Near Pune Railway Station)

We stayed only for 1 day and it was decent experience. The only problem I found is the cleanliness specially washroom.

Property located in peace full area, food quality and quantity was excellent, staff was very helpful

Amenities were terrible, bathroom locks broken, dirty bedsheets with stains, TV not working, poor hygienelist is endless

Package was including breakfast . On asking breakfast timings Hotel has not responded properly we have to call from outside etc. In morning when pressed hard showing documents hotel staff say it will be arranged at 9.30 Am . Guest had to leave without breakfast

Rooms were not that good, what they looks in pictures, so need to paint them

Worst properties. It is a shame that it is in the list of MMT. To retain your high profile, kindly delete this property for its worst maintenance.

Surroundings are not very good and clean The staff will try to undercut you by giving rooms which are not very good The toilets were very unclean and unhygenic. But ok for the price paid.

The hotel is conveniently placed. We landed from Japan and had to spend night till our next journey. Booked this hotel by seeing the site and reviews. To the utter dismay cleanliness of the hotel is below standards, Stained bed sheets,torn towel, dirty floor, horribly horribly stained pillows that will make anyone sick. Improperly cleaned bath rooms and washrooms, absolutely soiled , torn carpets in front of the bathroom that makes everything dirty including your feet.Slimy slippery bucket and mug. Cockroaches were seen crawling in the corner.I Was totally disappointed.One good thing was that the AC worked well and staff at reception was kind to receive us in the midnight.Generally I don't criticize any place so much but doing this time as it was a disappointment for my family.Restraining myself from posting the photos of each matter listed above. MMT better downgrade the hotel and also have some basic fact checks before any property is listed on your site.

great rooms the hotel is located near pune station and the staff is also nice nice stay overall .

every thing is ok ,my suggestion is that if we book the hotel and room then room no also been given in that bill so It may easy otherwise they take 30 min or more for room settlement cleaning was best ,

very Bad not so good ,room are not good ,airy no ventilation,smells bad ,waste of money ,not recomonded from my side
