Hotel MB Hill View

Searched through MakeMyTrip app and selected hotel MB international but hotel not clean and light, AC not working proper.... Informed to management about cleaning.... While checking out....

Rude behavior of staff while check- in . They told us to go another branch of MB. TV IS NOT WORKING. NOT A GOOD HOTEL TO STAY UP

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Hotel MB International. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. The room I was given was filthy. The washroom was disgusting, with stains and dirt all over. Not only were all the hangers broken, but the bed sheets were also dirty. To top it off, no pillow was provided. When I complained about these issues, response was shockingly dismissive. He actually told me, "If you're not satisfied, you can walk away with a full refund." This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Our stay was comfortable. Neat room and bathrooms. Location is good. Food is not available at the property.

Very very poor.

I have booked 2 individual rooms. Rooms were not upto the mark as shown in the images while booking. Some sought of odd smell was coming in the room due to using low quality of floor cleaners. But its ok for the amount they have charged for each room. My request is to charge more amount and make rooms clean

Bed sheets was not clean. Service was poor. Tv was not working

Very bad rooms, basic things like towels, bedsheets were not provided. Staff don't respond to the calls. They are least bothered about customer service. Even no water bottle was provided in the room, when we asked they are like go down and collect from next hotel i will inform.

The room was not clean and there were bed bugs found and the beds were not comfortable. Springs are gone, no proper sofa, it was broken

The stay was really comfortable and peaceful, the staff were cooperative and friendly. The only things was telephone was not working for room service

The most pathetic experience,. Paid for 2 rooms it wasn’t worth the money paid… the mattress pillow was so dirty, the flush wasn’t working , when we complained they said someone will come and help us out after dinner but did not show up. TV wasn’t working . AC wasn’t functioning. Totally a very bad experience

It’s nice stay and location was good

1. On entering the hotel you feel meaty smell because of same restaurant connected to main lobby. 2. Flush not working. Window seals broken so moswuitoes enter to room. Window area completely dirty not ckeaned fir months. 3. Fungus on the roof because of water leakage. 4. Synthetic bedsheet pillowcover and blanket. 5. Small cockroaches in cuboards and other places. 6. Shower is not working. 7. Door lock handle broken. 8. Zero room service for cleaning and changing the bedsheet and all. 9. No tv recharge. 10. When asked to ch-age the room other rooms are more horrible. So not reccomended for any one.

My hotel experience was not good because ac was not working, hot water was not coming in bathroom and there were many such shortcomings.

Walkable distance to ksrtc bus stand. Walkable distance to palace, near by zoo and lot more. Surrounded by govt shopping malls

Room was in poor condition as well as washroom. On top of that, the owner forced me to give good reviews on google

Hello room they there is no phone connection with reception there is no handel's for bathroom door i am unable to close the door. There is no remote for tv

After booking the hotel we had confirmed with the staff that we are going to check in late and they were okay with it but later when we arrived to the hotel they mentioned that they are out of rooms and only one room was left which they can offer and it was in very pathetic situation. The washroom was not in good condition, there were no toiletries the ac wasn’t working either and so many more. The location of the hotel was good but everything else was bad.

From the time i arrived at hotel mb hill view no rooms available then they sent us to another property from them and there by the time i got room i liked was at around 12:40 am so it took them more then two hrs to get one clean room
