as seen in the photo but the actual bathroom and bedroom are different katal heating and unsafe beds are poor condition

The hotel room was good. Location also good for couples not recommended for family. Service was poor.

They will give you a sheet of the condition for resting in the hotel if you are violating that you will be charged and you might be checked out as a punishment. Luckily i didn't have to pay anything and have not been checked out but the way they gave me terms and conditions paper i am a bit disappointed. Only positive thing is that you will get a good view of kanchanjunga from the roof and balcony.

There is only one chef in the hotel sometime he cooked sometime. He don’t depend on his mood and other thing is hotel is very on top. It’s very very height. You have to walk lots of stress for the hotel. Not good for the heart patient and not good for the patient with the knee problem, please avoid this hotel and don’t suggest anyone very bad experience and they don’t have gst bill also

Such a trip with family where inconvenience begins from day one, is quite an experience for life. When i had booked over i was not aware of the location of the hotel, it stated 5mins from mall road. Actually the same is over a steep rock very tough to climb, we received no guidance on location nor any help in carrying luggage, hospitality is negative 0 (zero, one roon wasn't ready to be hands over, we had to wait for 45 mimes to an hour. No arrangement of drinking water, i can continue waiting pages after pages but it gives me a feeling of money wasted. I wouldn't prefer telling anyone to book holiday. We didn't have courage to taste any food there

The hotel management though are charging for the rooms at par to other hotels, yet they have not mentioned on exact location. No cab wishes to drop the tourist at hotel gate, we has to take a terrible upslope with our luggage, the slope was so steep that my sister has been facing acute breathing issue as her asthma has been bothering her throughout the trip. Hospitality is nil in all staffs, filthy damp room, immense shortage of water in bathroom, we had to purchase drinking water as there wasn't any arrangement as such, we ordered tea that never reached usin a nutshell we are not recommending anyone for this hotel atelast. My earnestly request is that you should so a thorough check on each hotel that you are listing over your website terrible trip we had. Thanks

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view was awesome.

As per room cost this stay was ok. But their food quality was extreamly bad specific on dinner menu. Snacks are ok ok. And a major problem was this hotel is so far from the main city or darjeeling mail. Its situated on a high hill which is not comfortable for a walking people. Specially who has a heart problrm and healthy figure they should avoid this hotel. And kanchanjangha or any valley view was not cleared from the hotel. Although its depends on wet-her but nothing attractive things we get behalf of hotel except pricing. Also one thing i forget to say they were charging a black cup of tea for 40 rupees from us and also asking 20 rupees for a nornal hand made roti. Its just unbelivable.

We booked a room for two, excellent service, clean rooms, and good staff behaviour. The view from the location is also good. The location of the property is very near to prime places however the property is at a bit uphill.

Everything was ok. Like area, location, food timing, tasty food, and the best hotel staff's nature, conversation and behavior, just one thing gorkha people are also good.

The room was very small and it didn't have any facility. We booked the room so it took high charges in-spite of having no facilities at all. We had a lot of problem with the service.

Friendly behaviour of the host. Beautiful view of kanchenjunga was seen from the terrace and balcony itself, we did have to visit tiger point.

This hotel is located at Dr Zakir Hussain road television near Rockville Dham Darjeeling. It is a well located hotel at Darjeeling the heaven beauty. It is surrounded by greenery on three sides beautiful views are visible from the balconies. The service offered by the hotel is very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. The interiors are very beautiful and is very clean The food offered by the hotel is very yummy which gives home like feeling to guests. The hotel does not have a good parking facility. The staff are of helping nature which I liked a lot. The bathrooms are geyser which is very essential to a guest. Overall it is a good hotel for stay at Darjeeling.
