While we understand your disappointment regarding, your booking is deluxe Room, Our Hotel all deluxe Rooms on ground floor, we want to clarify that. we have boilers for hote water running water supply 24 hours.and we will use new bedsheets , but you want to change bedsheets for any doubts, than we was change for you . Our hotel was fully booked that day, so the room was not free upgrade possible. If this caused you any further trouble, we apologize.
