No kitchen. U don't get anything to eat except tea. None to help u with luggage upto 3 floors with no lift. Manager is very good but only person int the hotel for all rooms. Apart from him no staff. Nothing called executive room. All rooms are same

The hotel gates were closed when we arrived. We had to call the number and had to wait for 15 min. Next day when we were out and returned the gates were closed. We tried calling but there was no response. We had to open the gates manually. After 30 min of hard work we were able to get in. Pathetic.
