Hotel Durene Beach Resort

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Hotel Durene during the Jagannath Rath Yatra. The hospitality, warmth, and care shown by the entire team truly made my trip memorable. A special mention to Mr. Santosh, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. His dedication and helpful nature stood out. I’m also deeply thankful to the owner of the resort and every single staff member — their collective effort and kindness ensured that I had a smooth and enriching experience during this spiritually significant event. What touched me most was their help in making it possible for me to pull the rope of the chariot — a dream come true and a truly divine experience that I will cherish forever. 🙏

Wonderful stay in spacious room. Cheerful attitude of staff be it Front Office, Housekeeping or Kitchen made it lively. Construction going on nearby during day time along with patchy wifi connectivity could have been improved. Hotel is just 100m away from beach in New Marine Drive (Quiet area). Looking forward for next stay while in Puri.

Overall a good experience in Durene beach resort. it's executive rooms and suites rooms are really very big and very clean as well. All the staffs are very good, polite and soft spoken. Housekeeping service is also very good. The only minus point is the food. Restaurant and food quality is average including breakfast.

Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Lots of variety and good taste. Room was so good and Hotel Durene Beach Resort staff behavior was good. Got early checkin too. Just the location was almost at the end of the marine drive so the temple was bit far and golden beach is almost 3km far.

Hotel was good, stay was good, Hotel Durene Beach Resort staff i felt very good. Helping staff. Breakfast is very good. 2 things i do not like is With the given price food quantity is less and Hotel Durene Beach Resort should have some proper parking space.

The property is located at a very good place on marine road, 3-4 mins walk from the beach. clean place, easily accessible, good food, good staff. Cab service is also available on demand. Restaurant also has good food options

we stayed there for 2 nights and had a comfortable stay along with mouth watering dishes in the restaurant ocean. The rooms are near and clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
