I stayed in both the Executive and Deluxe rooms and found them clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, my overall experience was affected by the breakfast service. The restaurant is quite small and the staff struggled to manage the morning crowd. By 9 AM, more than half of the breakfast items were already unavailable, which was disappointing. Overall, I would rate the stay 3 out of 5.

Rooms were good and spacious. Deluxe sized rooms were provided, included a king sized bed and other amenities. Located near to beach will easy transfer and drop available outside. Restaurant served really good food with variety options in both preferences. Recommended for mid-luxury stays. House keeping was not so attentive to quick requirements.

The room is stinky because of the moisture present im the room. If one go outside without the AC on, the room's wall and floor is filled with water. There was no ventilation as there was no window. Although I booked the best room available in Mmt app, still i got such a room. They told no other room is available. Because I had already paid i did not have other option. I was in a hurry for my work. My family suffered a lot.

⭐ 1/5 — My Worst Hotel Experience In Puri (Don’t take ROOM NO. 303)

I’ve been visiting Puri at least twice a year for the past 20 years, but this was by far my worst hotel experience. The staff were extremely lazy and unhelpful. Service was always delayed, and even the simplest requests felt like a burden to them. There was no menu card in the room, and when I asked about it, the staff casually told me to “search again, it should be there” instead of assisting. Because of that, I couldn’t even place an order at the hotel restaurant and had to order food from outside. There is no car parking facility, which is highly inconvenient. I had booked the suite room, supposedly the most premium category, but ironically, it turned out to be the worst room in the hotel. The layout makes no sense — the sofas look old and worn out, the furniture feels cheap, and the mattress quality is pathetic. The bathroom is unnecessarily huge but almost empty — a bathtub in one corner, commode in another, and no glass partition near the shower, so the whole place gets wet. There’s no concept of a dry or wet area, making the space completely impractical. The corridors are so dimly lit that it feels like walking through a shady hotel. Overall, maintenance is poor, and nothing about this property justifies its 3-star claim. In reality, it’s below a 2-star standard. A total waste of money and disappointment. I’ll definitely never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Away from crowded hotels, end of beach road, Beside Empires Resort, near Fortune Hotel. I opted for Delux Room from Family stay of 4. Extra Bed provided for 2 children, Breakfast is decent. No Beach view available from this hotel, but very close to clean beach. Overall Stay is comfortable family stay. No pool available

This hotel is definitely not a 3-star property — it barely qualifies as a 1.5 to 2-star at best. The overall condition of the property is poor and maintenance is seriously lacking. The AC in the room was dripping water, cabinet knobs were broken, and the towels provided were old and worn out. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and the couch and curtains were stained and clearly not cleaned properly. We were provided with an extra bed, but it was just a thin 1.5-inch pad laid on a frame, with no actual mattress — extremely uncomfortable and not acceptable for any standard of accommodation. The interior of the hotel was very average and outdated. The restaurant was particularly disappointing — unhygienic with stale food, unpleasant odors, flies around the food area, and broken furniture. Definitely not a place you’d want to eat at. The location is also not ideal — the hotel is set in an interior area and the balcony does not offer any beach view, which was misleading based on expectations. Overall, this hotel is far from the standards of a 3-star property. Based on the experience, I would rate it closer to a 1-star. I would not recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.

I liked the clean rooms, the service, the sheets were clean, the amenities were on point. Very airy well ventilated rooms. But the wifi connection was not very stable and that hindered my work. Otherwise the stay was great.
