Away from crowded hotels, end of beach road, Beside Empires Resort, near Fortune Hotel. I opted for Delux Room from Family stay of 4. Extra Bed provided for 2 children, Breakfast is decent. No Beach view available from this hotel, but very close to clean beach. Overall Stay is comfortable family stay. No pool available

Never book this hotel unless it’s very low in price and don’t want 3 star

This hotel is definitely not a 3-star property — it barely qualifies as a 1.5 to 2-star at best. The overall condition of the property is poor and maintenance is seriously lacking. The AC in the room was dripping water, cabinet knobs were broken, and the towels provided were old and worn out. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and the couch and curtains were stained and clearly not cleaned properly. We were provided with an extra bed, but it was just a thin 1.5-inch pad laid on a frame, with no actual mattress — extremely uncomfortable and not acceptable for any standard of accommodation. The interior of the hotel was very average and outdated. The restaurant was particularly disappointing — unhygienic with stale food, unpleasant odors, flies around the food area, and broken furniture. Definitely not a place you’d want to eat at. The location is also not ideal — the hotel is set in an interior area and the balcony does not offer any beach view, which was misleading based on expectations. Overall, this hotel is far from the standards of a 3-star property. Based on the experience, I would rate it closer to a 1-star. I would not recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.

I liked the clean rooms, the service, the sheets were clean, the amenities were on point. Very airy well ventilated rooms. But the wifi connection was not very stable and that hindered my work. Otherwise the stay was great.

1. staff behavior was awsm 2. Bathroom was in bad condition and also too small. water leaking from the pipe. 3.food was good but overpriced according to the hotel. 4. tv connection wasn't recharged. 5. rooms were not soundproof,like even when someone was walking from the corridor was audible also the sound of construction work was coming from the balcony. We found it difficult to sleep properly.

Overall a good experience in Durene beach resort. it's executive rooms and suites rooms are really very big and very clean as well. All the staffs are very good, polite and soft spoken. Housekeeping service is also very good. The only minus point is the food. Restaurant and food quality is average including breakfast.

Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Lots of variety and good taste. Room was so good and hotel staff behavior was good. Got early checkin too. Just the location was almost at the end of the marine drive so the temple was bit far and golden beach is almost 3km far.

Wonderful stay in spacious room. Cheerful attitude of staff be it Front Office, Housekeeping or Kitchen made it lively. Construction going on nearby during day time along with patchy wifi connectivity could have been improved. Hotel is just 100m away from beach in New Marine Drive (Quiet area). Hitel is a new property of 2 years old, rooms are quite big and spacious mainly suit room, Some construction is still going on. But facilities are very poor, no space for car parking you have to keep your car on public road at your own risk. No facility for drivers resting. No nearby facility is also available. Location wise near to beach, but it is not prime location. Very far from main beach i.e, Swargadwsr beach, which is main attraction. Room House keeping service is poor, you have to ask multiple times for any service. Breakfast was good 👍 Staff behaviour was good.
