Geyser was not working. I had to take bath in other room.

Rooms are moderately cleaned. The hotel's ambience is not cozy. But one can choose it for one day stay. Hotel staff are good in behaviour and helpful. Foods are moderately delicious. One, who wants to catch bus/taxi for Joshimath or any that kind of location on next morning can choose this hotel as it's within 400 m from the bus/taxi stand

Good experience overall. My parents were on a vacation, they liked the rooms. Washroom could have been a little more tidier. But, for this price, it's more than okay I think. I would recommend if you are not looking for a great adventure.

Hotel locate is good place but service is not good. Hotel facility and service is not satisfied because I said to change the bed sheet and blankets. Blanket change but bed sheets not change.

It was a pathetic experience. The room was stinking and the staff was misbehaving with my family. I will never go back to this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. Make my trip offered us refund for one room. I hope they take some action against this hotel.

There were ants in the room. Water stopped coming. No mosquito repellent provided even after asking. Good thing is that they have a lift but at times it doesn't work if someone on any floor does not close the door properly.

Hotel is not up to the mark, as shown in the pictures! Services are not good! Rooms not good! Not worth money! Hotel is not maintained properly! Location wise its good but all other things are below average!

Clean rooms, hotel services is good, value of money is good you will prefer this hotel because it's location also near a Railway station. Finally the room service is good. I'm fully satisfied with it.

Very rude staff. They have a pathetic room for MMT booking and every time they shows that room only and when you complain about that they say that you have booked this room and if you want to change then you have to pay extra for that. Guys don't book this Hotel they are cheat

Stay Experience was very bed. Room is okay type but smell from bathroom was so bad, No one can tolerate this. Room service facility is very bad, if you ordered Tea or coffee you should wait up to more than 45 to one hours. Food facilities are not good, there are very and at very high cost.

Although, I booked a standard room but I was not given a standard room. The room which was given to me was okay type. The rooms need more modifications and Wi-Fi should be provided. Although, the hotel is good but some sorts of upgradation is needed. I am just unsatisfied with the room given to me otherwise it is good.

This hotel has posted photographs which are totally opposite to the room given to us. No cleanness, we had to request for a clean up. Pathetic toilet- comments on toilet condition wont be enough. I request Make My Trip to take down this hotel.

As you even find better hotel in the lower rates with best service even you find including of breakfast also but in this hotel. Even you can't say hotel it's actually is a guest house. So you can understand the cheap services in higher rates. At last just say it's poor service.

Located in quite a busy part of the city though not exactly near har ki pauri. You can find conveyance easily. The hotel is basic, clean. Service is good though nothing extraordinary.

Very poor hospitality. Very bad experience of staff. Cleanliness is very poor. Location is poor. Bed, Bed sheets, Towels are not in a condition that we can use it.

Hotel was not bad but both of managers were cheat. We booked for a standard room but they gave us a below standard room in which we felt uncomfortable and later on we were bound to change another room in exchange of extra cash. So far I understood staying 3 nights in that hotel is that actual proprietor of that hotel is quite reluctant about the hotel and the guests. The managers are taking that chance and looting both the proprietor and the valued guest.

Value for money and nice behavior. Service till late night and conveniently located.
