Room was in terrible condition. Service was not good. Looked like pg converted into hotel

The hotel is average in amenities. Though it is located near ganga river (near dayanand ashram & ghat, there is no direct public conveyance. I had to book conveyance separately which is expensive. I didn't find the hotel value for money.

The hotel is located so off town. Strange behavior they keep the main gate locked even in day and ask u to open when going out. I visited in winters no bed sheet no winter blanket. Only one white bed sheet. Even drinking water not kept in room. No soap in washroom. Had to go and myself ask for a towel. Nothing provided just one roof

Very good hotel and so nice staff and near on Ganga river and Triveni Ghat.

Hotel staff 's behavior is very bad. They said why you booked room through make my trip. I booked the room for two person but they provided only one blanket when I asked for other blanket they refused to do so. Very bad experience

This hotel is average is not of best because according to 3 person room is very small.

Chandeshwar Hotel was too terrible, wastage for money. It was far away and off main road area from Rishikesh Railway Station. Auto Riksha takes 200/ rupees to drop Chandeshwar Hotel. Very dirty room and bathroom, poor cleaning, the bad smell when we enter the room, I had booked for 5 guests. they don't have family dormitory room, given 2 rooms. For 2 rooms they had given 1 lock. I highly not recommend for family. wastage for money. Bedsheets were dirty, said to change its staff was not even to listen. even after 4 to 5-time continuously said then they had given water. Even you can not imagine water was not coming in tap, always tell them to switch on the motor. Bathroom flush was not working. staff was not good. They had written Check-Out time at 10 am.

Rooms was very small and staff was ok
