The hotel was OK but

The hotel was OK but there were no proper room service. Bedsheets were not clean and also rooms were not proper ventilated. Location is good but would not suggest for couples to stay there due to cleanliness issue and bedding was also not good. Singles can go to this hotel but rates are high. Would recommend to try another hotels in this area as well before coming to this hote

It was a great experience. The hotel was at good location and had helpful staff rooms are clean and bathroom are good it was value for money offer so I suggest all for this hotel. Stayed here and enjy

It was very bad experience

It was very bad experience. Hotel confirmation has been done since 4 days early. But hotel staff and receptionist don't allow to check in.. I have waiting since 2 hrs with my partner outside the room.. I am not even happy with Makemytrip staff. They don't cooperate with me any at all.. My booking is confirmed I have paid the full charge but the hotel staff tell me give 750 rupee room charges. I don't know for what reason I should pay that.. Hotel staff don'ts allow me to check out me also.
