First he offer us one room AC is not working over there bed is not cleaned they are not providing ac controller and we are not able to control the ac and ac is not working properly and sliding glass doors also not working properly and I request that guy to change our room he give us second room but geyser is not working on that room

room photo and original room not match. Room Not proper cleaning and service rate 0. electricity problem and power generator not start form hotel. room lock problem also. so i suggest couple and family not stay this hotel.

When we reached at the location the property was not at that location so i called and they shared a different location which was 1km away. When i reached there with my wife the place was so unsafe there were so many drunk people starring weirdly at my wife so i requested the property owner to refund my amount. Instead of doing that he took us with him to the different nearby rooms which were messy and smelly toilets somehow i spent few hours there and left the place because the place seems to be so unsafe as people there were not good at all. the place was not good at all to stay so i just spent few hours and left the place

It’s very friendly loved the staff specially martin and shakil. Food is also nice. Swimming pool is very clean

found a spy camera in the room, and saw the reception guy watching someone's room live video which afterwards got uploaded on Xvedios

I recently stayed at this hotel in Goa, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working, making my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the lights were malfunctioning, which added to my frustration. When I requested housekeeping to clean my room, I was met with excuses rather than prompt service. It felt like I was being ignored. However, as check-out time approached, I received a reminder, which felt very unfair given the lack of service I experienced during my stay. Overall, I found the service to be inadequate and would not recommend this hotel to others also you guys showing me good quality pictures in your app, which is booked but you know, I got a surprise when I was there, such a hopeless hotel, you guys given me

Service is not that great took so much time for food orders they have power issue in the room i won't recommend for stays in goa

The experience was really very bad. There was no proper service and most importantly there was no water for day to day use. No responsible person was there with whom we can coordinate.

good stay with affordable rates. you can plan with friends and even they have a swimming pool.so we enjoyed lot🙂🙂🙂

Its good stay with group, you can use pool also, this is the nearest for every beach, center part of the beaches, calangunte is 3km, baga is5km, aguda fort 3km, candolim 1km every beach is nearest from this loaction and we will get less cost food also

Location showing in the road side but the actual property is inside 2 km. And the amenities they are offered like tv, ac, dressing table nothing was there during my stay

It was exactly opposite to what it was shown in the images. There was nothing good about it. It was half broken the door. The toilet did not have the latches. The ac did not work properly, and the bathroom was stinking. No hot water and the water that was coming in and had stains and was yellow in colour.

We booked a room but it was smelly. It was not worth a stay. We waited for 1 hour to get the room and once we told them that we dint like the room they took another 30 mins to offer cottage for which they charged 1500 extra. Ac was not working in cottage and we had to call sachin for every little things. Overall we sent 3000 for 2 days stay in off season and the place was not worth it.

Worst service no water nothing. Ac was not working. Door lock was broken. Overall worst experience. Ruined my trip in goa.

good hotel, swimming pool is big and deep with good amenities maintain. good hotel for friends and family
