Terrible service by both MMT and Hotel Grand Haveli Rishikes

I had booked this hotel through MMT application and got confirmation of the booking. I also contacted the property and told them about my scheduled arrival. But to my utter surprise they refused me check-in saying that they had no vacant room. I also complained the same to MMT customer care but didn't yield any results. I along with my wife and daughter had to search here and there for another property at late night near approximately 12 at night and it took nearly three hours to find another accommodation and that too cost us Rs. 7000/-. Also I have not received any refund from MMT yet.

Hotel room and washroom was not clean. Broken cupboard. No television. Bed was not at-all comfortable.

very neat and clean staff is so cooperative, and rooms are very well maintained,happy to choose this hotel , food quality is best their and one best part of this hotel is they have open dance area where I enjoyed a lot and price of hotel is very normal pocket friendly 🤗
