Decent stay in a prime location

I have booked ginger as i have a meeting near to that hotel. The hotel rooms are small but it has all facilities. It’s worth for the amount paid. Restaurant has only limited menu. Parking is little inconvenient

Staff are very rough taking to the customer please change her behaviour.

Safety - some safety procedures are not being followed. Temperature check and hand sanitization isn't being done at the entrance. Atleast in presence of guests, the staff should wear the masks. Availability of sanitizer at the entrance would be much appreciated. Food - thought the variety is limited, its delicious. No complains. Rooms - they are poorly planned especially the bathroom area. The rooms feel congested. The furniture feels old but maintained. The lighting too needs to be enhanced. But the rooms are clean and properly kept. Staff - from security to chef to receptionist, everyone is courteous. Special thanks to sulogna and nisha who did their best to make our stay comfortable.
Temperature check isn't being done at the hotel. Atleast in presence of guests, the staff should wear the masks.

Rooms were stinking badly. Requested a room change as soon as checked in but other room too was stinking. It was late evening so decided to take rest in same room. Morning i mentioned about the experience of stinking room. Manager managed to change the room. It was comparatively better room. Ginger needs to keep a proper hygiene and sanitation to avoid this kind of stale and unpleasant odour in room.

They are following all safety measures as per government institutions.

Good hotel near Vizag bus stop/Rama talkies to stay.

Rooms were ajeeb. Bathroom is so close to bed. Hygienic is not good. Ginger means we have a positive thought but here at vizag it wrost. Per day 1500 we are paying and facilities are zero.

My stay was very good and staff where nice.

. Its was very defaming for the ginger hotels. I booked the ginger vizag for one night stay for 16. I got complimentary extension for late check out for 3 hours. In the evening i confirmed the same from one of the reception staff further the following morning another one called up at 12 for check out but i confirmed and it was clarified about my checkout time. Close to 1445 i got a call from reception regarding my checkout and i clearly mentioned that i will take some 10 odd more minutes. She confirmed the same, not precise timing 1511 i was down at the reception and the lady who called up asked for extra fine for late checkout of three hours. I spoke to her regarding her colleague confirming yesterday about my stay but she refused. I further asked for someone designated whom i can speak with, she replied it is only she here. I refused the fine coz it was against clauses. She called someone that guy came up with another new tricks of two hours extension according to hotel policy. Again some other story. I informed and narrated him the same story that it was the miscommunication between your staff not on my part why shall i pay for their mistake. It was really bad rude pathetic . End they both to their senior and complained about that lady who confirmed about my stay and gave me my bill and yes i didn't pay any fine or charge. The 20 minutes odd argument was really shamefull. Even the rooms were really shabby, the hospitallity was pathetic

Room is totally stinking smell and the worst part ac is not working at all it was like hell

Pillow covers are not clean. I have to cover pillow with cover carried by me. Plug points are not properly working
