It was fine I will just say fine not more than that.
It was an average room with basic facilities but I was staying only for a day so it is was not an issue for me.

The hotel is entirely different from what is being shown in the picture. The hotel is located on 4th floor of the building and there is nothing related to the hotel on the ground floor. There is a lift to go up to the 4th floor, which is almost impossible to operate by yourself. On the name of facilities, they provided a towel and a hand washing soap for your entire stay. Despite my repeated reminders, the did not recharge the TV signal provider, and the TV was useless for all the purposes. They do not provide even drinking water, and if you purchased water, it will cost Rs. 35/- per bottle instead for Rs. 20/- on which it is available in the market. The other eating stuff are similarly high priced. The staff, which remains almost invisible during your stay, will miraculously turn on at your check out and ask for some kharcha-paani.

Facilities is awesome comfortable form airport and railway station. My experience is indeed good and have to stay again. Staff is very helpful good condition for stay. I love it this place and food was very nice good.

Nice hotel and good behaviour staff. It is close to Ghandhi Maidan. Launch and breakfast is available here. I am happy with the service and if I will travel again then I will try to go again here. Staff is also good.

Location was Excellent, Hotel is very poor, service are so, facilities nil. Can't repeat the same hotel again, Rooms are very dirty, not value for money, Free Breakfast was only bread toast & Tea, that was also not daily basis, You have to ask & then wait for HRs

The location of this hotel is very good as well as services are also good.the restaurant of this hotel has closed therefore fooding problem has occurred in this hotel.but they are able to arrange flooding during morning 7am to night 10pm.

Worst hotel. Its like worse than OYO rooms. Unprofession staff not willing to serve in proper manner. No parking facility available. Television in room old fashioned. They are looting money providing no facility. I was very upset after staying there.

Only plus point is the location. Rest everything is highly disgusting- 3rd class room, 3rd class service, helpless staff, no phone facility in my room, other room ph. Connection not there, no other room vacant, disappointing toilet, Geyser but no electric connection, wall socket for tv broken. In short, horrible exp, will never stay here again. My pity I checked in late at night when no other option is there.

When we booked the room we called to hotel but both number was unreachable and after that we started to reached the hotel but hotel was not on location after that we asked some local person and then reached after that all the service, condition of room was too bad

It was a near to horrible stay in this hotel, probably my last hotel booking done through MakeMyTrip, won't opt for hotel booking through MakeMyTrip in future since this is my 4th bad experience on MakeMyTrip hotel booking.

It was a very nice stay. It is very near from station. Rooms are very good, and the service of hotel people is also very good. They give the 24hrs check-in also. I have enjoyed my stay. You can stay in your trip.

The AC in one of the rooms was not working along with the TV, it started operating from 8 pm onwards, however the AC had to be shut down every now & then as there was ice on the AC. After melting of the ice could you actually start the AC. There is a huge improvement in the hotel.

It was totally a bad experience. The window glass was broken, the old AC had a load of dust and the controller was not working. The fan had no controller. No Bath kit. Old box TV. Unclean toilet. But breakfast was awesome...

I was a single traveller so I wasn't expecting a very lavish stay. However, the stay was quite comfortable. The service was not that good but average. Facilities are also average. There is a lot of scope for improvement.

The hotel is situated at a beautiful location. Approachable from all side. Staff is very good, and friendly. Price of water is very high ... Their should always be a water purifier which was not their that's the only thing missing.

This was probably the worst stay I had from the day I started booking with makemytrip. I am a frequent traveller, this time I booked this hotel after seeing the pics which they represent to be a deluxe AC room. Please note there is no such facility provided in the room as given in the hotel description. Room was dirty and messy with very old torn out bedsheet and sofa. After looking at the air conditioner and television any one can make out that it's more than 30 yrs old. Worst hotel.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel Make my trip should not select this type of hotel. Dirty rooms full of mosquito. Service is very poor one staff for the whole hotel. Food quality very poor. Inter connectiob not workinv

Room is good but not value of money. Location wise good, food are so costly .. Owner are good, he is trying to do everything think for better service but employees are not .. They are lazy. Room service is also ot good

Nice experience and happy stay will recommend everyone to stay there. Staff are very supporting and help you in every possible way. And also the location is very good it is in the center of the city and is adjacent to the major outing places.

There location was very bad and the hotel was good but not very good there was staff there are very cooperative. And they are very behavior also and there breakfast was good not very good because they provide two paratha and tea only.
