Flagship Hotel Shelton Suites

Firstly, the owner did not accept the mm t booking even when he had got the payment through mmt. Next he asked us to pay almost 3x money for the same room we had booked. He did not give the room that we had a confirmed booking of. Since this was midnight, we did not receive any customer care either forcing us to cancel the booking and move to another place. Unacceptable behaviour from the owner! i still have not received the refund for this debacle!

I have booked the Hotel from make my trip, after I reached the Hotel the guy in reception not giving a room instead of that he was telling me the payment I have booked from make my trip was very less so I cannot stay, even he said me third class for booking less amount from online. The way he spoke to customer was the worst ever. And why he was that much angry, is it I booked from online! The Hotel was the most worst ever since.

Staff has zero code of conduct. Shout at each other and talk in their phone loudly at night. The toilet seat was broken and one guy from the hotel started defending that it's a very trivial matter. Finally, not recommended anyone.

Stay was good. Rooms are clean. Room service average.

Not good and small rooms.

Cleanliness was not maintained at all. Hot water was not available though geyser was provided and on. Bathroom door lock was damaged. Very poor hygiene. Not Worth at all.

Old bed sheets and pillow cover. Not changed. Towel was also dirty.

Happy living easy going type stay.

Doesn't have a restaurant, but for stay it's very good.

Excellent as a single tourist, homely environment, good amenities and supportive staff.

It's a nice hotel for only 2 people. The food is delivered from some outside restaurant. The food is not that good as well.
Mosquitoes in the room and the electricity went out quite often for a short amount of time.

It was a good experience. I suggest this hotel for everyone whom looking for relaxation.it was a nice stay.

The location, service, room, facilities, cleanliness and other facilities are good and value for money. Good service. Thing is no other food options nearby so we have to go for the one which is provided by hotel operators only which is again okay.
