You properly is a good location anything we also facilities are quite for in the room is not so well maintained it is long time get hot water so I won't recommends when you want to stay with budget price

The hotel’s location is good, but the car parking is limited. We had booked a room for 3 people, which had 2 single beds, and for the third person they provided an extra mattress. The room was nice and clean. However, in the morning we faced a problem there was no hot water for bathing. That was a very disappointing thing. We even spoke to the hotel staff, but still the hot water was not available for bathing.

This property is very close to Thalassery Railway Station at a very prime location. There are not many hotel options near the locality. The hotel is affordable, clean, and family friendly.

Plug points of the rooms was not working. Ac was also not in condition. We two ladies waited at midnight for getting the room ready for accommodation.

Room looks fine when you enter. But linen has stain and hairs. Toilets were dirty. Management should drastically work on this. Only plus is that management is friendly and they were quick to change my room, sadly same story with that room as well.
Management must take effort to ensure that the room is clean. Pillow covers and linen has stains and even hairs. Toilet faucet also was dirty. I had to stay because I had no option to look for another place in the night.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city that one could even walk across to railway station, or bus stand. Calm place. Room was good is very way. Especially the clean bathroom with hot water. Very polite, homely staff. Value for money. We enjoyed the stay.

Location was good but the service was pathetic. They don’t have a restaurant. I asked them for a cup of tea which was also not available.

Good room. Good for one night stay. We reached late. But found the hotel easily. Parking was good. Food options were less. Breakfast was good. Bathroom didn't have carpet to remove water from legs. Could have been lot better. But overall good stay.
