It was my family trip. The location was great. The rooms were well maintained. Total value for money stays in all terms whether it is of security or facilities. The caretaker was very helpful and polite. The food was delicious. It must be recommended to others.

The receptionist can be more diplomatic and the hotel doesn't allow visitors and says that's the hotel policy and it's written no where in the policy. The customer service can be a lot better

Room was good . Location was also very good . About facilities well that needs? To be improved . Overall good experience. The room service response was very late . That also need to be improved. Food could have been better.
