Trouble in check in

I did not get the booked property. When i reached to my booked property, the host was telling due to technical glitches of make-my trip, the booking was happened wrongly. In that spot he was suggesting to cancel and i will get my money back. Even they are asking me to put conference call so they will speak. Catching customer care was pathetic and it took almost 15 min. Before that only property host was arranged different property. Without knowing anything with no option i went and stayed there. My advise before travel call to property host and get it confirmation.

Wrong picture and location

The location and pictures shown are completely different. Food not available at site. It needs to be ordered from nearby restaurants which are not that near. Facilities were not very clean and tidy as claimed. No housekeeping or cleaning attendant. No washing machine was available. Gas cylinder and refrigerator were available. A/c in one bedroom was not working.

They have treated us very badly. We are very disappointed with this. We will never make mistake again by booking stay from make my trip.
