Poor Stay

Service below satisfactory..we reached late though we informed the concerned person well in advance but still rooms were given to other boaders and we were said to adjust with only 2 rooms for the 1st night where we booked 3 rooms. Next day morning we were shifted to t another building of the same property where we were given 3 rooms but were not up to the mark and were not the rooms we booked.
