Golden Homes 2BHK Entire Home 500M From Puri Railway Station

Unfortunately couldn't get the 2bhk room shown in app due to AC failure. I was allotted 1 bhk studio room instead.

its near to puri railway station and dominos pizza also in that building. rooms are big and all home facility available including basic amenities. I have stay with my family including 2 baby and they enjoyed like home.

The flat was not clean at all. Ro was damaged which was not informed due to which our entire family got sick with stomach infections. Bedsheets, pillow covers were not change, rooms were untidy, used things were kept like empty bottles, uncleaned kitchen, used shampoo pouches. All over experience was terrible with family. One of the room was having dam and water was dripping even

The experience is very very bad. Once we reached the property no one was present to receive us even after one hour of waiting. After calling the owner multiple times the owner reached the spot and we discovered the rooms are not at all ready to live. The owner then offered to move into another hotel far from swargadwar named golden beach inn. When i asked him about the hotel fare he told it's same however we checked later in mmt that hotel was cheaper. The geyser was not working and door was getting auto locked. Overall the nothing went well, and the owner was also not around to correct the problem. After remained locked for sometime and reminding the owner finally the door was fixed after long wait. We asked for complimentary breakfast as the hotel rooms were cheaper and the rooms we booked were supposed to have the utensils fridge and cooktops. But rhetorical owner didn't show up. My overall experience is bad and i wouldn't recommend this property or hotel to anyone as the area is very far from required amenities

I don't have to be chekin in this property by the owner, it me make very very bad experience. I suffer with my entire family also i have little baby, if you look at the booking date i have book the propert before 1month. But at the chekin time the owner of the property denied to chekin at the same property he told me that i have a another property near seabeach pols go there. When i request that pols areenge in this property, he is totally ignore and told me please go through support.

Room was cleaned by care taker while we checked in. A good 2hk flat in anantha apartment, located just in front of puri zilla school, has underground car parking. Has 2 ac in two bedroom and hall also has king sized bed. Care taker was responsive on phone call.

Not good tv not working utensils was not properly washed smells and also all garbage they threw into balcony and it's stinking very bad can't able to go out side of open that door rice cooker was not there and they did not mention that we have to pay extra for gas usage and also cylinder was empty and also complained for the same and they sent someone after 6 to 7 hours and he did not done anything just moped floor and just clean some what balcony also not able to use refrigerator as some left over was there by someone they did not cleaned it and when i told them they only threw the left overt and it's still smelling bad and also one bathroom's adjust fan not working and washing machine was not there but ac was good and beds were comfortable induction was working.

Homestay was neat and clean, property owner was also well behaved and responsive, though we only talked over phone and via whatsapp. Check-in and check-out process was also smooth. My only concern was the caretaker who used to cut the call without hearing the whole problem or request. The water filter started giving some trouble one night and everytime he was called he refused to visit in person and at last he told us to wait and send someone to fix the filter, unfortunately the guy never came, though it was a minor issue so we managed to fix it ourselves. The apartment use to run out of water sometimes two times a day, and the say it's due to heavy powercut in puri the couldn't fill up the trunk. We couldn't verify it was true or not. Otherwise everything was okay and upto the mark.

This homestay is situated in a building complex near golden beach & way to the puri station. Temple & swargadar beach is within 3 km. This is a new flat with 2 br, 2 attached bathroom, dining area & kitchen. All rooms are fully furnished with a/c. Kitchen is modular with lot of utensils, refrigerator, chimney & induction cooktop. Ro water filter is not in proper condition. You can enjoy your privacy & family time with the given space & amenities. But the main issue is cleaning. The deputed person is miserable in maintenance & cleaning. Washrooms, kitchen area all were in dismal conditions. Need proper supervision to keep this beautiful home in good shape. Anyway owner mr s ambit is a nice person to talk with. Wish to visit again.
