It was horrible. The staff was non-cooperative and rude. He gave stupid excuses.

Bed was good but floor is not well cleaned and toilet as well as. And i find cockroaches around my bed.

I am stay with my family for a night, everything is fine. But just one concern pols maintain your hygiene protocol, we shaw little cockroaches on tea's tray and feel bad. Just check once you send anything for anyone. Thank you.

Hotel is near to laxman jhuka. Taxi service available nearby. Food is good. Bathroom was small, but ok. Extra mattress was provided free.

There was no electricity in hotel due to which i didn't used the hotel services. When i raised this concern with hotel manager at around 12 in midnight he behaved rudely with my friends as well as with one of my female friend. Manager was fully drunk and at that time somewhere around 12:30 in night he is saying i don't have any solution for electricity, i cannot arrange backup so you can check out the hotel and search for a room somewhere else which has back. I was not given the room that i was shown, i have to fight to get the actual room, roome, corridor were dirty, bed was not clean, flush was not clean, some guests were consuming liquor in the portico, front of my door, i went with my wife and daughter, felt very uncomfortable and unsecured, extra bed was also not provided, kitchen was very unhygienic, and leftover food was scattered everywhere, it was a horrible experience i ever had,

Room not as per cost charged, hostel need renovation, all surrounding smelling bad, if you not use exaust in bathroom it will affect your room also. I don't why the cost is too high for this kind of room.

Although hotel staff was very good and supportive but hotel is very dirty. We got cockroaches around food we ordered. One more problem is hotel do not have lift so it is very difficult for any old age person to come to second floor by stairs. Location is also a big concern as you will not get any local convenience near by.

The rooms are ok for bachelors not for couple or families. Food was ok taste was missing. They must at least keep their washroom working

I had stay with my family and 14 friend date of 29 &30 may 2023 feeling wonderful expiriance with this hotel, room is clean, bad sheet too clean location was good near ram laxman zula, market is too near, staff members are polite helpful and very mature, hotel food is too good, deliver on time, also one more things share i like very nice helping nature in this holte

This is a like any other budget hotel but when i took it was priced way higher that it should be because of the season and i could not find much options. It's fine for youngsters, just go-in to have a good time, not recommended for family. Cleanliness is an issue, staff is friendly though. Near laxman jhula, the reason we took it. All in all, don't expect much from this, just enough to sleep for a night.

This hotel is near lakhman jhula but stinks like guttter, the rooms don't even have proper catch and the owner is not ready to accept it. I have no choice but to stay one night gave me no options. I highly don't recommend it to anyone and the worst amenities like uncleaned bed sheets, toilets are dirty, wall seepage, stairs - no lift so not for elders. Tea is served in a dirty tray and i'm not sure how they cook food in kitchen. any other dharamshala which is far better then this

There was no cleanliness, staff was poorly trained. Water supply was improper. Toilets were dirty. The rooms were exactly opposite of what was shown in photographs.

Stay & room found satisfactory to stay. Few things were there which i found not proper. Room ac automatically shifts to heigher temperature. No lift in the building because we have got room on the terrace floor. There were cement civil debris kept that can be cleaned. Room drawers was not clean.
