Stay was ok but need to take care on cleaness and pest control management to be taken care of found two cockroach in wardrobe

The hotel was pretty decent! The photos uploaded by the hotel were clicked when it was new, now it doesn’t look exactly like that. It’s changed and become a little worn down. The bed and the room was good, and the linen was clean. However the bathroom was a little underwhelming. The breakfast was average too.

location - 4.5/5 food - 0 - didn't eat (rats everywhere in the kitchen) amenities - 2/5 cleanliness - 2/5 (black mold on 3rd floor, dirty terrace, dirty washrooms) staff - 4/5 room - 3/5

Very poor service and not mentioned properly rooms and even location also not correct

It was a avg stay as rooms were too small but still was good main issue was there was zero ambiance and we were provided with non jain breakfast we clearly mentioned we needed jain breakfast so basically our money was wasted as in last we were provided with no break fast so I want my money refund of breakfast

worst experience in hotel. Ac was not working, rooms and washroom were not clean , and tv was also not working. Staff was not at all supportive and breakfast was also not good

Coorg Imarat was a great disappointment. It was a total waste of money. Let me give some examples: Broken toilet seat Fungus accumulation on the mug and bucket. No drinking water No soap in the soap dispenser. Smelly and stained bedsheets Corridors reeking with smoke Rude staff. Jammed washroom room. Breakfast served in unhygienic place. Management least interested in correcting the wrong situation. Kindly do not suggest this hotel as the pictures shown in the recommendation does not actually match with the real ones. Room size is like a small cardboard painted in gold.

Hotel owner hospitality is very good. Don't get cheated by looking at the property photos. The room and toilet not maintained well. Poor maintenance. Breakfast is average. I would say this hotel is worth for sight seeing because it is located at the centre of city where everything is walkable distance. Car parking is on road side but no issues. Not worth the money which I paid as room rent.

Room cleaness and maintenance was not good . They didn’t even change the bedding properly

Food was alright. Location was fine and the manager was hood too, but the facilities and hygiene were quite bad. Water went out for sometime and also the floors were not that clean. There was a bit of smell

Very bad experience hotel management/staff behaviour is so pathetic there is no car parking room paint is so very bad room have very bad smell this time and make my trip need your support and i need some compensation from your side as this booking ruin my trip. No i don't have. Snap. How should i get discount ?

I stayed at hotel imarat for 2 nights. The place is pretty good but it is not maintained well. The room we got was fine but we found certain areas to be a bit dirty. They have a steep basement parking which is not very ideal but there is ample space outside the property for parking. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was good...nearby the bus stand... everything available besides the hotel... Overall good experience in this hotel...

It is a convenient stay in mid of Madikeri town for having access to most of the within city locations and the hospitality of the staffs in also very nice. Overall convenient stay in affordable budget.

No parking facilities. No windows at all in the room, building is under renovation, no waiting hall. Especially including breakfast is a joke as they do not have buffet service, they send only idly and vada to the room and we have to eat those by sitting on the bed. Washroom is not hygienic, every where you found cigarettes peaks. For every facilities like tv channels and ac on you have to keep call to reception. Overall please do not check the photos and book the hotel. My suggestion is to directly visit the property and book as i am 100% upset on.
