Terrible Stay

First of all i was not allowed entry as there was difference in the rates as per the hotel staff. The rooms were in bad condition. Ac was not working. The washrooms were very dirty. Eventually i had to opt for early check out. Very bad experience. I would request for the refund against the booking at collection o star inn.
