I didn't stay there, it was the worst Collection O Near Appu Ghar i ever checked in, after entering in lift itself, entire Collection O Near Appu Ghar was stinking like a dead rat. Their linen bedsheet were stained. On request for replacement, manager asked me to leave the Collection O Near Appu Ghar without any regret. Such a hospitality. It was just brothel not a Collection O Near Appu Ghar. That's why booked another property same time and stayed there. I request for a refund atleast although it won't compensate the trouble i faced with that Collection O Near Appu Ghar.
