I had a terrible experience at this unhygienic property. The service was poor, and I strongly do not recommend it.

Hotel apni location pe tha hi nahi, main raat 12 baje teak puri building me ghuma magar koi hotel nahi tha, total scam hua, family ke itni preshani hi h, totally terrible and scam

During stay no dental kit, no self made tea kit, towels and water in the room. My 2 days package includes breakfast but the hotel denied breakfast on the 2nd day. This is so terrible for me during stay, it is a worst and bad exp for me during stay.

There was no hotel for this name and they arranged a different hotel named aver they did not provide us break fast as it was included in booking i want make my trip to refund my total amoutn. Pathetic hotel rude people bad behavior.

0 cleaning. Dustbin with smell. Wifi without password. Tv without connection. Bed with low quality mattress. No geyser. Etc. This is the facility. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Pathetic.

The hotel situated in the mall on 7th floor. There is huge issue of services like everything you need in the hotel is pathetic. Very dirty rooms and washrooms and there is no hygiene.

They take booking online and ask for 30k more for a one week booking. The ownership deserves a bamboo up the area.

The experience was not good at the hotel. I checked 1 hour earlier and i was charged 30 percent extra. I have never come across where any hotel is charging 30 percent for 1 hour earlier check-in. I requested but was told that these are hotel rules. Anyways, i checked out on the same day as check-in by 5 pm. Hotels need to be considerate about few hours early check-in provided the availability and the hotel was almost empty. These small things makes a experience good and bad about hotels

1. Manager, Mr. Rahul was on lying on sofa and was not at desk. Then in my room: bed sheet and blanket were very dirty and stained, moist walls everywhere, no hygiene, no soap, no hand wash, food foil was in room. Then when i asked the manager to change my room he rudely replied that u better cancel your booking and i had to leave the hotel at midnight and when i was leaving the hotel from 3rd floor then 2-3 people were waiting and smoking there
