Location is perfect. Staff is helpful. Food is nice. Only drawback is network issue and electricity which needs to be fixed every now and then.

The homestay is just like your own home where you get all the facilities in the mid of jungle. It is beautifully maintained and has enough space for cycling, badminton, basketball, archery etc that they provide free with stay. The best part is the food which is mouth watering delicious and an experienced chef is taking care of it. To reach to this homestay, it's around 1 km off reading which is narrow but safe. You get a wonderful view and the weather remains pleasant throughout the year because of the altitude. Overall a must visit homestay in chikamagalur.
