Room accomodation was good, but services put some questions, they were asked and assured us to provide tea in the morning (paid service) but in the next day they denied, however they served breakfast to others

The rooms are horrible...along with your family, you will witness family of insects leeches and other small creatures in your room. the rooms are damp and the service quality is equally terrible.

Stay was terrible, room were dirty, linen were full of dirts. Bathroom door was broken. In night current goes and I had to call reception to start generator at 2 am.

I stayed with my family for one day. Rooms are spacious and nice. They need to fix their washrooms only. We booked two rooms, the shower tap was not working for both rooms. They said it's off season so they didn't clean the swimming pool. Hotel is situated very near(walking distance) to Chilika Lake. Food quality is okay according to price but their service is late. reception guy is well mannered and knows every single spot of Chilika and guided us how and when to visit the places.

According to rooms quality price is affordable but night time there is no SicurityGard difficulty creating when someone coming little late night otherwise everything is perfect 🙏

I recently stayed at [hotel name] and while the location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation, my experience was unfortunately marred by a few key issues. The rooms were not up to standard, as they were not properly cleaned. I noticed dust and stains in several areas, which was disappointing. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent, and it took longer than expected to address even simple requests. Overall, while the location is a major plus, i wouldn't recommend staying here unless improvements are made to cleanliness and service.

When we reached the hotel the manager said the check in is at 9 am and we were there at 7 am but they gave us a room but it was not clean and non ac we got a another big room after 1 hour it was little clean but the sofas has spider webs they didn't cleaned the first room after telling so many times the food was little good and edible over-all i give this hotel a 1 star very bad experience.

The hotel and food was good but yes they lack basic amenities. Apart from a bed, pillow and a towel there was nothing else. The hotel is located just a few metres away from chilka lake.

the price is bit high, compared to the condition of the rooms . i was given 101 and 102 room number .. the rooms could be better maintained with the price charged , room condition which doesn’t give a clean atmosphere even after cleaning it is a concern . 2. they were unable to provide 1 more blanket. 3 people, 3 blankets are expected. 3. ⁠no sanitary items like brush, soap(2 soaps were provided in one room) . two towels provided in one room. why someone have to ask for these basic items? 4. ⁠however, staff was courteous and they did provide a ground floor room as requested 😊.

Unhygienic rooms and night experience is very bad mosquito zone. The location feel like horror zone

Bed quality is not good. Maximum time current is not available so ac and fan is not working maximum time.

Property is good. Service of staff also good. Preparation of food of restaurant is fine. I reommend my friends and relatives to stay in this property.

Hotel manager and staff very helpful and stay was good and clean and transport was very approachable

Had booked this hotel for a night's stay enroute to bangalore from kolkata. The main reason for choosing this is the vicinity to the nh16. Hardly 600 mts from the highway. Though the otdc panthanivas barkul is also available unfortunately i couldn't find any availability and hence booked in this one. The resort is average, has ample parking space, but somehow things are not that great. After tasting the quality of tea here, we dared not to try their food and instead went and had dinner at panthanivas which is just a walking distance. The chilika lake is the main attraction of this resort and is just 300-400 meters away. Overall okay okay type experience. Cost is reasonable.

It is only good private hotel in that area. Staffs are good. Small small putty painting problems are there. But overall good experience.

Very bad rooms with leakage and lot of dust in the room. Even after instructions the food was not served as per needs. The manager was sleeping in afternoon and even after request did not bother to meet us at reception. Good property in hands of lousy people.

Room was good. No swimming pool as advertised. Bad breakfast. On reminding about breakfast, person was sent to buy bread. Reached railway station at 22:00hrs, no transport was available, even hotel management could not arrange transport.

Location good, food medium management is not centralised. For one thing you have to wait and no reply.
