Road Side hotel with average facilities. Breakfast is worst.

This hotel was not good please save you money

The hotel has no AC and the fan which was there was making so much noise. We complained and then they gave a table fan to us which was really difficult to manage with it's direction and speed. They never fixed and returned with the fan of the room. They actually don't have room service 24/7. Dinner will be a buffet or A-la-carte depends on the number of guests in the hotel. Breakfast never started on time and we almost missed on the day of checkout. No water bottles were provided though I made a call and reminded. Reception was rude when I asked back about the fan and told will get back which they never did.

It was a worst experience, nobody should stay at this hotel. Few things about hotel. There is no kids playing area and spa, even though they have mentioned on hotel website. Rooms are very small even though we got room in 2nd basement. Food quality is worst specially breakfast even in a stay of 3 days we have not been given complimentary mineral water as it was not available in hotel. Staff is very nice but owner of hotel is a cheater.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, smelly rooms, pathetic breakfast and shortage of staff. I asked the staff why the hotel is like this even though reviews are good everywhere, they told me this is because they are closing this hotel soon, the manager left a month before, there is no dishwasher, shortage of cutleries, etc. They are only 4 staff who are running this hotel so that they can feed their family. Customer service is so great that when I asked for a bottle of soda, a lady told me they have 1 bottle of soda which they opened 2 days before, can they send me that one, I was like are you serious. If you want to spoil your holidays only then visit this hotel.

No housekeeping on daily basis, lunch not available, dinner too is not assured, based on availability of cook. No mineral water available at hotel.

It was the worst experience ever for me while traveling, no housekeeping staff's are attending any calls or providing any basic things. And most of all the behavior of the hotel staff's are very rude and un professional.

OK average food quality very normal location is OK room service very normal.

Difficult to find location, rooms are bad, no cleanliness, no sufficient food available despite orders. Overall poor experience below expectation. Huge difference in appearance between pictures and actual.

Hotel is not at all a Resort or Spa. Very bad service. Had to wait one hour in Airport since the promised vehicle never turned up inspite of paying advance payment.

We have booked 2 club room and the hotel guys are cheating us and saying the deluxe room is a club room and hotel manager was shouting at us, since we were arguing with him. He was saying what you want to do just do.

The rooms have damp in them, the staff is unprofessional, the worst thing is there was no water for an hour in the morning when we had to leave to Tsango Lake. Overall bad experience. Waste of money

Geyser was not working, food is not good. We went out for sightseeing our actual check out time 12 noon when we returned by 10.30 am our luggage was packed and kept in the reception.

Worst and pathetic hotel I have ever booked. Please dont book it. They do not provide you anything as mentioned by them when you book it. They do not provide bathroom toiletries and as ask me please go and buy from market. They do not provide room locker, air conditioner, bathrobe, room fridge, clean bedsheet, bedsheet and pillow cover were turned, worst breakfast. Its not more then a below average budget hotel and they don't bother also about your issues.

Poor and inferior quality of hotel. Service bad. Cleanliness inferior quality. No food choice. Cleanliness is ridiculous.
