I didn't went to stay at this hotel inspite of my booking, reason being they are careless and hardly bother or show empathy for the customer. I was supposed to arrive in night, but called self for confirmation. they told the room is available on 4th floor and the lift is not working, can't help. I told, I have to stay for just 4 hours as have to catch a flight, he told ok call me at 5 I will see. I tried for cancelled but since it was already day of stay, so can't even do that.

The room was excellent the behaviours of the staff was also good and also easy to locate
