Candolim Palms Service Apartments

The location is far away from the beaches. Rooms are not as they show in pictures, rude staff. Ac is only in one room and doesn't work properly. I highly do not recommend this property.

We have booked this service apartment for 5 days on 31st sept 2021but checked out within a day. Room and place both are completely opposite of what it is in picture. Full of cockroaches, damaged wall, stain on pillows and beds. No drinking water facilities. Owner will not pick the call after booking the hotel. I have called mm t ten times to cancel and refund the money after long struggle they just return 30% of the amount and 70 % of the amount they deducted just for one day.

When we reached at place we were shocked to see this place, its not good, even didn't gave any water bottle for drink, they also charged for water bottle, didn't gave any emenities, overall not good place, its good for who see for cheap rated accommodation not for standard people

Hotel is simple. You can't it is very good or very bad. Location of the hotel is a little bit inside from the main road and it is approximately 5 kms away from calangute and baga beach.
Rooms were not so good not bad. Swimming pool was not working, and the staff told that you should have confirm about swimming pool before booking ( that is not the way ! location too far from the main road. Otherwise everything is fine from staff and their politeness.

Safety is good, our luggage is found safe, no problem found, so for only leaving it is good appartment

It was nice staying and worth of every penny. I would request the owner to arrange water purifier. Please arrange hangers for convenient of next traveller's.

1. Out of 3 days he didn't even cm fr room service. 2. The room was not in the given location. It was 1 km away. 3. No privacy room was full of windows in hall and bedroom everything was visible for outsiders 4. The swimming pool couldn't be used as it was unused for months fully filled with algae. 5. Check-in to check out time was only 20 hrs. Really very very bad experience.

Nearby you will find several good road side restaurants and bars as well as liquor store within walking distance. When you go outside of the property there is bar and restaurant raju’s bar and restaurant. It is a good place you will get great options for drinking and food at somewhat average prices not so high.
it is approx 300 meter or bit more than the location showed. Pool was not at all clean and closed as well. You will get several food options and liquor store nearby which is a great thing. House was bit clean even when i asked for early checkin roughly an hour or so prior to my checkin time owner said yes.

Candolim palms does not exists! the building we stayed at is called saldana palms. They made me wait for almost 2 hrs for checkin. It is not a hotel. It's an apartment. There was nobody when i reached at around 10. 30am. They did not answer calls, when answered they gave another number which was switched off, tried calling another number from which i received whatsapp msg he kept saying that he is coming. The swimming pool was extremely dirty and there was mud and tree leaves at the bottom. The door locks were broken. They gave dirty towels.

I really enjoyed the stay. The location of the property was excellent and convenient. Everything was superb. Staffs were responsible and friendly. The caretaker named Hasina Jefrina was really good and I appreciate her for Service. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. I must recommend this to others.
