Calangute Inn by AZ Goa

It was terrible when we reached hotel. Worst hotel ever! very shady ! clumsy ! wrong location. Its was looking like some slum.

I have stayed in most of the properties in goa from simple to star rated ones. This is the worst one. I had booked a pent house but since they have no lift and my mother is on wheel chair i asked for a ground floor room. They promised me that a wheel chair accessible room shal be provided but when i reached the place the lady on the reception was so rude and arrogant and she felt that she was doing a favor on the guests by giving them rooms in their place. The room was very untidy. Provided only one double bed for four persons then they gave two mattresses on protest. No toiletries no water no television. Please dont waste money going to this resort they will treat you like beggars in return of money paid by you

The location is completely wrong. It’s 1 km inside from given location. I have booked for the jambo room paid extra money and room quality is very bad. Head is touching on ceiling wall. No cleanness no drinking water in room. Not working. Very bad experience

Hot water is from the solar system. So hot water is not daily available. Noactive tv connection. Network issue.

Hotel signage was not there, bad odour found in room's, when asked to property care taker he refuses, bed sheets not cleaned, hot water for bath not there

The photos and the actual room is completely different. No maintenance. No cleanliness. Ac was not working

Very disappointing stay 👎 foul smell , dirty bedrolls , washroom was not even clean , not a good experience

The stay was really awesome in terms of the nearest view in terrace, the noth and west side balconies, the nearby vada pao, coffee and ciggarate and beer shops and the workation experience sitting working with a sip of beer for the first 2 days were awesome. Thanks folks for your effort to be a great host, the brother and madam who here has good heart gave 30% discount in scooties @350 each also gave us one day extension @a rate nominal than that of mmt rate

The room was very shady, horrible and damp. Even room was so unclean and ac was not working. A pungent smell keeps coming in the room. There was cockroaches in the room. It was a horrible experience. We don’t recommend this property. Total waste of money

The hotel location provided with mmt is not correct and i have to call the owner for the location. It's half km inside the location provided. The hotel rooms are clean but smell very badly like a smoking and drinking smell. It's good to stay as a bachelor but it's not good to stay with family. Don't have pics

Worst place to stay, no proper AC works there the rooms were too small and the service was too bad.

I just honestly wanna say that this room which was allotted to us. It's a pent house with no ac and fans doesn't work properly. No hospitality, no minimum response and the owner behaves like she's always on rush. I genuinely say that this not worth booking and suggest you to keep it as the last resource. This is a rat hole where there's no proper space nor and management or pool to consider. I also wanna add that this room has continuous insects and ants

It was average the employees were helpful but the place of it very deep.

It helps in milk warming but cleanness improvement required of linen and bedroom.

The location is not easy to find and the service is very poor not good for a family only friend or group

The stay was totally amazing. Staff is too supportive rooms are clean. We enjoyed a lot. In this price you can't get better
