Bobs Beach House Gokarna

Poor service, water leakage in room, no toiletries, loud noise at midnight, extra 200rs parking charge. Not worth. Not recommended.

The property is average with a good sea view but it doesn’t have proper fan or Ac, because of which we could feel the hotness during the day which was unbearable

Pleasant stay, friendly staff. Genuine efforts to keep everyone engaged inside. Met bob and his friends. Had a really good time.

The rooms were highly overpriced and the room size was equivalent to the size of my washroom in my flat, with no ac in it nor ceiling fan one table fan was provided but that too was only running in one direction. I couldn’t tolerate it for even an hour, so had to shift to another cottage next to it.

i can’t give it zero star hence giving one star. 1. no parking available at this place. parking was far and charged 500 for a night. the access road was through beach which was difficult to walk with luggage. no help offered for luggage as well. 2. ⁠the room was too small. to my shock, the room has some part of open roof. which means open access to mosquitoes , insects or even bird could enter easily. 3. ⁠the rooms didn’t have ac. just one table fan directly throwing air on the face. ( this was so irritating that i couldn’t sleep whole night) 4. the bed had ants over it 5. ⁠bathroom had holes in the wall. rip privacy 6. ⁠room was full of mosquitoes 7. ⁠the quilt offered was just for one person and had a hole in it. also it was smelly. 8. ⁠the towels provided were also smelly 9. ⁠no hot water available in room 10. the rooms are attached to a shack. the music was going over midnight. so you can’t even sleep before the shack shut down for the night. this was completely unacceptable. most of all i am deeply disappointed not even worth rs.500. next time onwards i will definitely avoid

Didn't like the overall setup, construction happening on the side, no overall amenities provided. Had to ask for all these. Very average stay considering the price. It's a beach front but pretty afar from other places. Hosts are good folks.

Rooms were bad. Not worth for per night. charging triple than the original room costs if we book. Bathroom walls are cracked & easily the entire beach is visible through bathroom walls. No hot water at all. Shower not working. Half of the time there was no power. Roof was leaking while raining, half of the bed got wet. No house keeping services.

Chethan was very helpful. The stay was very close to the beach. Safe and friendly environment. Great location

Windows were fixed, unable to open, insufficient air circulation. Roof made of steel sheets hence temperature inside the room was very hot from morning to evening. Totally overpriced. Misleading.

We really enjoyed our stay at bobs beach house place. Bob and riya was amazing from minute one - responsive, helpful, friendly and personable. Any questions we had during the stay she answered immediately and. The cottage was professionally cleaned every few days with fresh bedding and towels, which we were not expecting. The beach location is amazing. I would highly recommend bobs beach house place for a relaxing, family getaway.
