Disappointing Stay The room was not as shown in the pictures and felt poorly built. The bathroom had insects, and basic amenities like soap, towel, and handwash were not provided until we asked. Access to the property is quite inconvenient, especially since it’s located right on the beach with no proper approach road. .

The staff is good. The hotel view is awesome. The road to the hotel is very narrow. Parking is an issue if travelling on weekends. The google map takes you in the wrong direction. Discuss with the owner regarding the route to travel. Rooms are spacious.Food is tasty. One request to the owner the washroom window which peeps in the room compromises the privacy of customers. Please make the necessary changes. Otherwise we had an excellent stay at Blue Lagoon.....would surely recommend it to others.

Properry is located near the beach & all rooms are beach facing with a large balcony. Staff was very co-operative & friendly.

Entertainment options: since the hotel is located far from the city, it could offer more entertainment options for guests, such as live music sessions, fun activities, and events that can create a lively atmosphere. 6. Bonfire facility: introduce a designated bonfire area for guests to enjoy evenings with warmth and ambiance. 7. Indoor games: offer a variety of indoor games for both kids and adults, such as board games, table tennis, or a small indoor play area, to provide entertainment when guests want to stay indoors. 8. Wellness and relaxation: consider introducing a spa or wellness center to provide guests with a complete relaxation experience. 9. Outdoor recreational facilities: add additional outdoor recreational options like walking trails, cycling, or small garden spaces for guests to enjoy the natural surroundings. Excellent place to stay with your family. All rooms are beach front. Care takers are very good and humble, always there to help. Had dal khichdi for dinner, it was very comforting.

Location is good but approach road is horrible, almost for a kilometer only one car can pass, many houses are very close to the road. Food supplied was pathetic, amenities and service were ok. Not worth for money i have paid.

1. Price is on higher side for facilities compared to other hotels in ratnagiri of even better standard 2. Monday there are power cuts and no diesel generator. So don't expect any ac in day time 3. For pure vegetarians this area is difficult to stay in 4. Location is excellent. 5. Security aspect is compromised as they did not ask for our identity proof. 6. They don't provide drinking water as part of stay
