He charged me 2000 ruppes extra for callimg two of my friends as it was my birthday for which i booked the stay.

The room size was all good. But the amenities which were there, were not well maintained. The shower was rusted, few basic cooking utensils were not available and lastly, there were lot of mosquitoes in that place. I had to purchase a repellant on my own for that because the property care takers denied they do not have it.

Checkin was quick. The staff. Helpful and corteous. Every facility was available. Microwave, electric heater. They even provided tea powder, sugar. Will stay again if i go to noida

It was unhygienic apartment. The place is not like the photos uploaded. Dust everywhere, insects too. The bathroom was filthy with broken plumbing fixtures. Sofa, bed, linen everything was dirty and not cleaned since ages.

Review good: 1. Interior was decent with decent amenities 2. Host was responsive 3. Wifi was available not good: 1. No sound proofing 2. Some areas still under construction 3. Areas nearby don't have much accessibility or shops 4. Mobile network wasn't available so had to rely on wi-fi
