Food was good stay excellent staff also good checkin experience was amazing would like to stay in future also will recommend friends & family

premier Room booked was not given & very poor service & room was also not ready at the time of check-in after 2 pm

My Experience of Hotel stay was very good. Main reason for this rating isChef Hanuman who helped us with some good Jain food as per request. the ambience & rooms were good but staff's behaviour is very rude they treat us like some kind of not attending reception calls

Every thing was good except we have to wait 1.5 hours for check-in as we arrived early. I did not see any effort by the front desk staff (by Rahul)to help us. Breakfast was good. The girl at the front desk was very courteous and gave us a room with Amba mata mandir view.

This property is good. Rooms are clean. But I wouldn’t say this is a 5 start property. Rooms are small though. In comparison to Sarovar Somanath - Bellevue Junagadh, lacks in hospitality, trained staff and customer retention.. Again note this is in comparison to Sarovar Somnath — otherwise its a good place to stay. I didn’t try the food.

Good but not provide driver acccomodation

The hotel was located at a great location and was easy to access. The staff was courteous and helpful. The highlight was the food which was superb and their lounge area is amazing for vibe and feel

As per the name, it looks like a 1-star service. First of all, I had to complain frequently about the AC not working, but the staff was not cooperative. Their behavior seemed rude, especially at the reception. I think you should explain to your staff what proper service and professionalism mean.

comfortable room. medium sized rooms. nice rooftop swimming pool. clean. hotel in the city. on main road. cafe is good. we stayed on independence day. good celebration of special day. allow kid for dance and give chocolates also.
