The property is gorgeous. It has everything you will need and want. Very neat and clean with aesthetic views . Pros- 1) It has everything. From the fridge to the washing machine. Big rooms and 2 sofa cum beds. 2) Has a balcony where you can chill and relax. 3) The caretaker helped a lot . Received calls immediately and assisted us with things whenever we needed 4) Beach is within walking distance . 5) Near and clean swimming pool. 6) There is a bike and scooty rental shop just outside the main gate. 7) The kitchen has all the utensils. You can easily cook. Cons 1) You will not easily get autos to this place. Have to walk for 300-400 m to the main gate and if lucky enough you can get an auto. 2) Food deliveries are done to the main gate only . You have to receive it from there. But the caretaker helped a lot here. He will get you things if you ask him to. 3) The pool is not 24*7 . It opens at 7:30AM - 6:00PM. This is mentioned nowhere. 4) They charge extra for the pool like 100 rupees/ 1.5 hr/ per person. Suggestions- If you are travelling puri make sure you have enough cash . Here the UPI system is not well established. Have ready to make food , just in case.

Rooms were neat and clean. Our Care Taker Sudhansu Sahoo and our host Avinandita were very friendly, helpful and nice people. Overall we had a great stay.
