Terrible Stay

Worst ever experience in this hotel. 1. Location updated is incorrect 2. My checkin time was 12pm but i got the room at 9pm 3. No hot water in bathroom 4. No lift, i had to take my aged parents climb 2 floors 5. Care taker of the property is an idiot, no manners at all.

Dear sir, please don't give all wrong comments we have 24hars Hot water and we had sent you the correct location.
