Annu Holiday Inn

Me and my friends booked the hotel looking the pictures and reviews. Only good thing about this hotel is, it's near Baga 5 mins bike ride. Cons hard to find hotel has changed its name to card zoo you will not be able to find the name Annu and people around hotel don't help either. Navigation did get us to the right location when searched by Annu. Not clean at all. Hotel inside walls were dirty, bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty and towels were dirty and not usable. Hotel does not have any chairs to sit in room. Room does not have a geyser. He will give a iron rod to put in bucket on request. There was no daily room service to clear the room. Staff was helpful, provided info and help in all ways possible I would give the staff 5 star. Owner needs to take responsibility of her hotel and fix the hygiene issues. There is a pool on the roof top 10 by 15 ft, deep was 3 ft you can use to relax in not swim. People from the nearby hotel higher floor can see you.

Average stay. The pictures were different from the actual location given.

The location was good and easily accessible. The facilities were good as well. The service of the caretaker and food was excellent. I would like to recommend this to others.

This hotel is very nice, staff is also good, budget hotel.

We having booking for 2 days. We check-in late night. There are not water facility for bath. Baby size swimming pool. Also TV are not working. The staff is very unprofessional, because of these issues we check-out next day morning.

Never book this property. We booked 4 rooms and already let the staff know we will check-in late, however on arrival at the location shared by the staff at 11.40 PM, we did not find any board which says Annu Holiday inn, after several attempts the staff picks the phone and told us to wait we were, someone from the property will come to our location in 5 minutes and guide us to the hotel, but actually took about 40 to 50 minutes. Anyways once we reached the premises, we were told there are only 2 rooms available at this property rest all are occupied, even when we had paid in advance for all the 4 rooms. They however offered 1 room each in other 2 premises, which were pathetic, but since we were tired, travelling with ladies and also it was late night, we decided not to create a scene and somehow stayed at the pathetic rooms for few hours and checked out at 9 am.

Never book this hotel, and I would also request MMT to remove this hotel from your site. Good location, food is not hygienic, poor service.

The location was good, it was easy to reach the property. The room was very nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying in that property. The property was completely neat and clean. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. Surely going to recommend this property to others.

As I mentioned in my tagline it was a very bad stay for me. I went there with my friends. The location mentioned in google is also wrong, the original location was different. Even there was no nameplate of the property outside so that one can recognize after reaching there. There is no swimming pool, no lifts as mentioned. Washroom taps were not working. In rooms, cable connection was not there, A.C. was not working. They provided us only 1 bed for 4 people.

It is nice hotel. Near to super Baga beach and around area is very beautiful. There is club near to it.

First of all the hotel name was changed, it's very difficult to find it. Second, we booked the room for 4 but not provided to us. Extra mattress provided but without cushion, blanket and bedsheet. We asked for cleanliness that's not occurred. They keep banging the door before check out time and asked us to pay money that time only despite saying them we will pay at the counter. Is it 5-star hotel?

The name of the hotel is different and the rooms are totally different as shown in the picture and no room service is provided by the hotel

The location was good, easy to reach. The room was good and nice. The washroom was not clean. I had to request them for cleaning the room and washroom so they did. The service needs to be upgraded. The owner was very nice and good.
