The host was really nice and the best part it’s situated in the heart of Varanasi, Darbhanga ghat is really near and such a great place in the gully of Varanasi

It is very good and near the temple and ghat but it's very much hidden inside alleys and sometimes hard to find, cleanliness is ok but service is polite and good

hello everyone dont visit this hotel this is a third class property, rooms were smelling, i got a mych much better hotel at same price and excellent location. am never gonna book through make my trip thanks

We find in goggle map and food they are not provide room is not clean and main thing is it's center place

The hotel is absolute position and good condition, but room service very poor.

The rooms were pretty dull and walls were damp. We had to change the room on the first day itself because the initial room was so bad. The replacement room was better but still pretty bad. Wardrobe wasn't clean, there was no ventilation, walls were damp, no proper room service, TV wasn't working, pillows weren't very clean either.

We stayed 5 days there.on the first 2 days we have givenn1 room with full of cigarette smell and no cleanliness at all and geyser is not working he asked us to get the hot water for 1 day and after 3 rd day he changed another room in that room also guest is not working and in Varanasi it was 6 degrees at that time .after that for 3 days he asked us to use immersion rod water heater manually by us as the payment is non refundable we had to stay there.

Overall experience in ali baba guest house is too bad that i can not explain. I booked 02 nos standard ac rooms from 16. 08. 22 to 17. 08. 22 full payment. During check in time they offered only 01 non ac uncleaned room excusinging lack of cleaning staff and then complaining that payment have not been paid so they have not interested to offer room as per booking condition and also pressurised me to check out the guest house at about 5. 00 pm. Then after making lot of negotiations they offered me 2 non standard ac rooms at 5. 30 pm. I with my 8 years daughter and aged parents faced a horrible 5 and half hours time in this pathetic condition. Moreover no room service was available during these period.

Property location is good, near to dashashwamedh ghat. Room was average. Room service was not satisfactory.

The guest was in the deep zone. There was too many gal-is you could not find easily.

Location is good, almost near munshi ghat, no food available at hotel you need to walk to the main market about 5-10 minutes away. No proper hospitality, it's self service. Nothing like covid safety measures.

Room was ok at this price but way to reach hotel was too narrow however manageable but the worst thing about the say was room service. There was no one to do any kind of room service. They haven't provided towel and when i asked for toilet soap firstly there was no option to call at reception i went thrice to ground floor at reception but didn't get. I asked toilet soap in morning and luckily got it in the evening in fourth attempt and yes if you're visiting in summers carry your cold water bottle as hotel doesn't provide you cold drinking water at any cost. They have one water camper from which you can fill your bottle and if you want cold water in this hot weather go outside around 300-400m and bring bottle from the shop
